@Vega...Sony has said they count sold to the consumer not to the stores. I am sure they keep track of both of those numbers for stock holder reports. I was just explaining to you how they could do that.
@Vega...I believe they note how many PS3s were sold from shipment to shipment before they send a new shipment. So if Store A had 20 PS3s in stock, and sell 8 in that week, they tell Sony to send another shipment of 20 because they have 12 left, Sony notes the 8 were sold and how many PS3 were shipped, and keeps track of it. Instead of Microsoft just counting the 20 they shipped the first time, and the other amount shipped the next time.
@ Vega...From what I understand they get the actual numbers from the stores themselves. Such as Sony has shipped X amount of PS3s to store A, then the next shipment they find out how many they have left from the X shipment and send them shipment Y and they keep track of the difference of inventory in all the stores they distribute to.

@ExplosionSauce... I agree, it seems only some people in the "media" determined it was at a "madness" level (i.e. idiots in the video game community that believed a mutli-platform game was being developed from a Sony Studio).

@Gago...I almost got into a fist fight with a store manager when my cousin went in to buy Warhawk and they only had the display copy and were going to charge him full price.
@danielle007, regardless if they don't have security nor extra cases, they shouldn't charge you full price for a game that they opened. Remember an opened game isn't new anymore or any product for that matter, it is even in their return policy.
Well, Warhawk is a sequel of sorts.
You also have to think how much the bill is to pay for the lawfirm that worked on the case. Perhaps it was cheaper to settle out of court than to fight the patient for 6 years?

@Sak500...Yeah man spawning in to that mess is the worst. I feel that if you quit multiple matches in a certain time frame a temporary suspension is due, and if you are repeat offender then banning should take place.

This is a tough question to ask, because you have to understand when you think "Nintendo" Mario comes up, when you think "Microsoft XBox" Halo and Master Chief come to mind, but the same doesn't happen to me when I think "Sony".

I am not as much as a racer as Thor here, but I came pretty close to beating Zico, but I couldn't stick that last barrel roll going onto the raised track near the end. But I would definitly recommend watching a few of the videos on YouTube to figure out when and where to use a boost and barrel rolls.
